Looks good, but the, I guess, ‘spine part of the book’ looks a little weird with that chain-link pattern. Also, the text might need Anti-Aliasing, but that’s just my opinion.

thanks. ive completed the tutorial for this, and rob should be putting it up somewhere in a few days.
and about the text, i dont know what happend to the ‘clouds’ text. i just noticed it now, but the rest of the text looks fine. dunno what happend.

Actually it’s ‘the clouds’ that has messed up AA, the other words are fine.

ooooh. i know why they got like that. when i was playing around merging the line on the ‘h’ and the line on the ‘d’ together, i created a new document and without thinking i just copied and pasted it into the main document, thats probably why.

lol nonono. the ‘hd’ little thing wasnt the mistake. the mistake was the anti aliasing problem with the ‘the clouds’ text.

Very nice. I like it. Simple yet effective. It’s not real flashy that a lot of book covers tend to be these days, but the colors are just right to help this book stand out against other books on the shelf next to it. It’s just awesome that you took the time to make a tutorial for everyone too.
