Hi everyone,
We are looking for admins/moderators for our forum with revenue sharing. It means that moderators will have their Google, MSN or other providers ads displayed on our forum. Any clicks will be credited to your Google account and not ours. Rules and conditions are not finalized yet so it’s open to suggestions.

We also working on user referal reward program and other similar ideas. See corresponding threads in the following category: http://www.tutorial-index.com/forums/viewforum/2/

We are looking for people to moderate and help us build the forum.

Our traffic is 2000-3000 unique visitors daily and our engines index 10-20 new tutorials every day.

We have all kinds of tutorials, but majority of traffic coming looking for graphic design, animation, image editing tutorials.

The revenue sharing is not new and each site implements the idea differently. Our idea of this forum is that moderators should be involved into monetary reward program indefinitely (per post, or having their ads on the forum, or any other, but it should be here to keep quality mods). Lots of forums are based on quantity of their users/posts. We want this forum to attract users because of its quality. Users should also be rewarded for their efforts all the time, not necessarily per post payments, may be using some draws like “win USB key by referring members” or any other but something must always be present.

Here is some of the draft ideas that survived so far:
- Each forum page will have three text/banner ad blocks. One or two blocks will belong to administrators. Unclaimed ad blocks will belong to Tutorial-Index.com
- Since we may have more then one moderator in the forum and only one ad block that belongs to moderators, it will be rotated between them on daily bases and the rotation frequency will depend on amount of posts that belong to a moderator. For example: moderator A has 30 posts and moderator B has 10 posts, so moderator A will have his ads displayed 3 days in a row while moderator B posts will be displayed only 1 day.
- Since we have multiple tutorial topics like image editing tutorials and programming tutorials, we may have multiple forums. Moderators from images editing forums will be in the different rules pool then those who moderate programming forums, meaning that ads belonging to Image forum moderators will not be displayed on Programming forums and vice versa

To apply or give any other ideas, leave your comments here in this forum. Any idea you can give me is a good idea. Lack of ideas is much worth. At least crazy one can evolve but lack of ones will evolve to nothing.

I’m not ccommenting in here till my site is smoothed out and I’ve u/l the 100+GB of shots I have stashed on my Amazon S3 account.

Every time I sit down to work on my own stuff, a client calls or I get sidetracked w/ something more interesting. (at least it’s more interesting to me)

Are you still in need of moderators? I have plenty of experience in flash, photoshop, and after effects and would be glad to help!

First suggestion I would like to give is change the category “Animation (Web & Media)” to 2D/3D Compositing & Motion Graphics”. Add a new sub-category under it “eyeon Fusion”, as Fusion is getting popular day by day and I write tutorial on that. Move ZBrush from other to 3D. I would like to be mod of Maya, Fusion and After Effects.

Can we have Article Base here. Sometime you write article like,

“How to use After Effects Plugins in Fusion?”, it does not fall under the tutorial but Article.

Visit this link for reference..
